I do not write bad reviews but the treatment from this taxi company as a new resident to the area was appalling!.
I asked for a quote, phoned back and booked them. The guy (day operator) said they had no available drivers for an hour so I waited for an hour.
When I phoned to find out about my taxi an hour and quarter later it wasn’t even booked.
The new change of staff blamed the day man saying he was rubbish and just wanted to finish his shift .
They seemed to think that was acceptable behavior ?
I waited an hour and a half and they had the cheek to charge me £10 over my quote from them.
Never ever again!
An insult of a service to me!.
They gave m a quote and I called back to back ok it.
